Gumpbox Support Has Moved to Discord

Gumpbox's support and community space is now Discord, with @gumpbox_app on X alongside it. The subreddit — r/gumpbox — is gone, so we've moved the conversation somewhere we actually control.

Nothing else about how we do support changes. Bug reports, feature requests, roadmap questions, and customer help still happen in the open. The only thing that moved is the address.

Why the move

The subreddit got banned. Rather than rebuild somewhere we don't control, we're consolidating on Discord. It's faster for back-and-forth, easier to search, and keeps everything — announcements, help, releases — in one place.

X stays as the public megaphone for updates, launches, and short-form news.

Where to go now

What stays the same

  • Support stays public. No ticket maze, no gated forum.
  • Bug reports and feature requests are welcome from anyone.
  • Pricing stays transparent: free to download, one-time $19.99 PRO unlock, no subscriptions.

If you had r/gumpbox bookmarked, swap it for the Discord link. Same community, new home.

Join the Discord — we'll see you there.
